Kennedy Painting in St. Louis is seeking an experienced Lead Painter to join our team as Lead Painter / Crew Supervisor. You will lead painters on residential jobs, maintain high prep and finish standards, and keep projects on schedule.

This full-time, year-round role offers a salary of $50,000–$65,000 plus bonus, a company vehicle, health and retirement benefits, paid vacation, holidays, and opportunities to grow with a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Experienced painter with leadership abilities.
• Strong standards for prep, coverage, and finish.
• Willing to train and develop crew members.
• Comfortable communicating with customers on projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support painters and apprentices.
• Oversee multiple crews and residential job sites.
• Maintain high standards for prep, painting, cleanliness, and property protection.
• Train team members and help develop their skills.
• Communicate with customers throughout their projects.
• Coordinate materials and keep jobs moving efficiently.
• Complete final walkthroughs and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Work closely with production to keep projects on track.
