Qualifications

• Lead-worker on painting projects, plans and directs crew according to plans and specifications.
• Experience painting and finishing of buildings, structures, and equipment.
• Knowledge of safety rules and regulations (Cal-OSHA) for painting work.

Responsibilities

• Plan, layout, and direct a crew of painters and other workers.
• Perform general painting and finishing of buildings and equipment.
• Assist with special painting projects and ensure work aligns with plans and specifications.
