Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
3–5 years of experience leading 3–6 plant associates daily.
3–5 years in an industrial manufacturing environment.
3–5 years of spray paint application in an industrial setting.
Knowledge of robot applications in industry.
Knowledge of Paint Pro Software for FANUC Robots.
Responsibilities
Maintain and monitor all production materials and equipment.
Verify the viscosity of the paint daily during operations.
Inspect surfaces for defects and confirm coating quality.
Ensure adequate paint components are available for daily use.
Notify Plant Leadership when materials are low or equipment is not operating correctly.
Cross-train in complementary skills and pursue endorsements when needed.
Work with leadership to support 5-S, quality, safety, and on-time deliveries.
Maintain safety procedures and PPE in the paint department.
