Job summary

Philips seeks a Technical Manager – L3 PACS Support to lead a team of PACS experts in North America. You will drive advanced troubleshooting, RCA, and knowledge sharing to improve support quality and product reliability.

Responsibilities include partnering with R&D, Service, Sales, and customers, coaching staff, and implementing AI-assisted diagnostics to reduce escalations and enhance performance.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in PACS (on-premise and/or SaaS)
• Proven ability to troubleshoot enterprise systems
• Strong RCA and problem management skills
• Healthcare IT integrations with HL7, DICOM, RIS, EHR

Responsibilities

• Act as technical authority for VUE PACS across North America
• Lead RCA and advanced troubleshooting for escalated issues
• Coach and develop Level 3 PACS support engineers
• Improve resolution times and reduce escalations to R&D
