Job summary

Amcor Rigid Packaging is seeking a Machine Operator to perform repetitive production and packing tasks in a fast-paced packaging environment. You will tend molding equipment, monitor quality, and ensure parts are properly packed for shipment.

The role requires attention to defects, adherence to safety rules, and the ability to perform basic measurements and calculations. Training is provided to meet plant standards and procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• On-the-job training provided.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks and follow setup instructions.

Responsibilities

• Perform repetitive production and packing operations as part of mass-procedure products.
• Operate and monitor machines; start up molds and adjust parameters.
• Inspect parts hourly for defects and document results.
• Pack good quality parts for sealing and shipping.
• Maintain housekeeping and follow safety procedures.
