Job summary

Novolex is seeking a Lead Packer for the 7:00PM–7:00AM shift on a 2-2-3 schedule. You will direct the packing team, monitor productivity, ensure lid quality and proper packaging, and coordinate with shipping and warehouse to meet daily targets.

Requirements include 3+ years in manufacturing with a team lead role, packing experience, and proficiency in MS Office, SAP reports, and Lotus Notes. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing setting with team lead duties.
• Prior packing experience.
• Proficient in MS Office and SAP reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily work assignments for the packing team.
• Ensure efficient workflow and meet production targets.
• Inspect lids for defects and ensure correct sizing and labeling.
• Coordinate with warehouse for stock and with shipping for documentation.
• Train new teammates and coach for performance improvements.
