Job summary

Biopharma-Consulting-Jad-Group seeks a Senior Engineer - Packaging for a 12‑month on-site role in Juncos, Puerto Rico. Lead complex packaging initiatives, write protocols and drive process improvements for final product manufacture in a regulated biopharma environment.

You will mentor technicians, coordinate with QA, validation, facilities and contractors, and ensure adherence to GMP/GDP standards while optimizing packaging materials and processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in final product packaging within pharma/biotech is preferred.
• Strong understanding of GMP and GDP principles in regulated environments.
• Ability to read and interpret technical specifications and standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex packaging projects from concept to implementation.
• Develop and enforce packaging procedures and policies across units.
• Supervise a small team of engineers and technicians on projects.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, QA, validation and facilities teams.
