Job summary

Jobot is seeking a veterinary clinic leader in Orlando to oversee operations, medical care, and growth initiatives. You will manage staff, ensure high clinical standards, and drive client satisfaction across services for companion animals.

Qualifications

  • DVM degree required from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum 5 years of practice experience; leadership/ownership preferred.
  • Excellent diagnostic and surgical skills with strong client communication.
  • Current licensure in good standing to practice veterinary medicine.
  • Proven business acumen and ability to lead a veterinary clinic.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of the veterinary clinic, including medical operations and finances.
  • Provide high‑quality medical care, diagnostics, surgeries, and vaccinations.
  • Build relationships with clients to ensure patient and client satisfaction.
  • Train and mentor staff on best practices and new procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with laws and animal welfare standards.
  • Develop growth strategies including marketing and client retention.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as budgeting and inventory management.

Responsibilities
  1. Overseeing all aspects of the veterinary clinic, including medical operations, staff management, and financial performance.
  2. Providing high-quality medical care to a variety of animals, including diagnosing diseases, performing surgeries, and administering vaccinations.
  3. Building and maintaining relationships with clients, ensuring their pets receive the best possible care and they are satisfied with our services.
  4. Training and mentoring veterinary staff to ensure they are up-to-date with the latest medical practices and procedures.
  5. Ensuring the clinic complies with all relevant laws and regulations, maintaining the highest standards of animal care and welfare.
  6. Developing and implementing strategies to grow the business, including marketing initiatives and client retention strategies.
  7. Handling administrative tasks such as record-keeping, budgeting, and inventory management.
Qualifications
  1. Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an accredited institution.
  2. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a practicing veterinarian, with experience in a leadership or ownership role highly preferred.
  3. Excellent diagnostic and surgical skills.
  4. Strong business acumen with experience in managing a veterinary clinic or similar business.
  5. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and staff.
  6. A deep passion for animal care and welfare, with a commitment to delivering the highest standards of care.
  7. Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively.
  8. Proficiency in using veterinary software and technology.
  9. Current licensure in good standing to practice veterinary medicine.
