Overhead Door Company of Portland is seeking a Commercial Crew Foreman to lead a two-person installation and service team in Portland, ME. The role covers overhead, coiling, fire, industrial, and specialty doors with a strong focus on safety and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have a solid mechanical background, construction-site experience, and welding knowledge, plus the ability to work independently or as part of a team. A valid driver's license is required.

Competenze

• Five years of experience preferred.
• Experience installing and servicing overhead, coiling, and specialty doors.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Mansioni

• Lead a two-person crew on install and service projects.
• Work at various heights and operate ladders/platform lifts.
• Coordinate with customers and team on job sites.
