Job summary

Oasis Physical Therapy in Pasco, WA is seeking a Clinic Director—an experienced, licensed Physical Therapist who can lead a growing outpatient team, elevate patient outcomes, and foster a positive, high-performing clinic culture.

You’ll mentor clinicians, oversee operations, collaborate with leadership, and advance your leadership and clinical skills through Upstream’s development programs while delivering evidence-based care.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent).
• Active Washington Physical Therapist license (or eligible).
• Leadership experience preferred; passion for developing others.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and support your team of Physical Therapists and clinical staff.
• Foster a positive, patient-centered environment with high standards of care.
• Provide direct patient care using evidence-based treatment plans.
• Oversee clinic operations including patient experience, clinical performance and scheduling.
• Build relationships with local referral sources and community partners.
• Partner with leadership to meet clinic goals and support growth.
• Continue developing your leadership and clinical skills through Upstream’s professional development programs
