Energy Jobline ZR is seeking an enthusiastic crew leader for landscape construction in Centennial, CO. You will guide a 2–5 person crew to complete outdoor living projects—fire features, kitchens, water features, lighting—per blueprints and specs.

You must read plans, manage materials and change orders, and maintain safety and organization on site. Expect bonuses, company trucks, and growth opportunities within the green industry.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and implement landscapes according to blueprints, layouts, and change orders.
• Strong leadership to guide a crew of 2–5 through complex outdoor builds.
• Proven time management to complete jobs within budgeted hours.
• Commitment to safety with daily/weekly safety discussions and site cleanliness.
• Ability to read/write/speak fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Lead a crew of 2–5 to complete landscape designs per blueprints.
• Coordinate materials, orders, and progress reports to keep jobs on track.
• Manage change orders, logs, and inspections, ensuring safety and organization.
• Train and mentor crew for quality workmanship and efficiency.
