Job description

We are looking for an enthusiastic leader that has 3+ years of experience in the landscape construction field. You will be responsible for leading a crew of 2‑5 employees to complete landscape designs according to blueprint specs in a timely and proficient manner. This crew specializes in a lot of outdoor living, so think vertical! This is not a sod and rock crew, this is outdoor kitchens, fire places, water features, and outdoor lighting. You will build landscapes you can be proud of!

Qualifications
  • A valid driver’s license and insurable record. Do not apply if you cannot meet this requirement.
  • An ability to read and implement landscapes according to blueprints, layouts, and change orders.
  • Knowledge in all or some of: Pavers, Outdoor Lighting, Outdoor Kitchens, Hardscape, and Softscape elements.
  • Time management skills. All jobs are expected to be completed within budgeted hours using a real time tracking app. At times, you may have several jobs going and need to manage your crew as well as seasonal employees.
  • Good organization skills. You will be responsible for change orders, crew daily logs, vehicle/equipment inspections, progress reports, etc.
  • Accurate ability to manage and order materials to keep your job’s progress flowing.
  • Great leadership and team member skills. We do not want a manager, but a leader. If you can keep calm in demanding situations and train your team for continuous success then you are invited to apply. You will need to balance supervisor responsibilities with the rewarding work of hands‑on construction.
  • Emphasize safety. You need to keep your crew in uniform, PPE, and hold daily and weekly meetings about safety topics we provide. Jobsites need to be clean of unused tools/materials, trucks in working order, and your crew alert and vigilant about their surroundings and possible hazards.
  • You must be able to read/write/speak fluent English to apply.

Pay is dependent on job skills, certifications, experience, and education. Yearly bonuses, company trucks, monthly/quarterly rewards, company events, and paid vacation are provided.

Career Growth

We are looking for someone who shares our enthusiasm of the outdoors and can not only bring our designs to life, but can bring their knowledge and suggestions to the table. You will not only be responsible for landscape builds ranging from $7,000–$250,000, but also for setting the standard for communication, cleanliness, and organization systems that will be the foundation of your crew’s success. If you want a career that has a vast opportunity for growth and advancement within the green industry, then we want you!
