A marine science education organization in Stevensville, Maryland, is seeking a Camp Leader for summer programs. Availability
Programs run from mid-June through early September.
Required participation for the entire duration of the program, typically Monday–Friday, 9:00 am–2:00 pm.

Directly supervise, mentor, and advise Support Staff and Interns, ensuring strong teamwork and professional growth.
Serve as the primary point of contact on‑site, communicating directly with families and camp management.
Foster a positive, inclusive, and exciting learning environment for campers of varying ages and abilities.
Ensure the safety, well‑being, and positive experience of all participants throughout the program.
Adapt programming and leadership approach to varying outdoor settings and group dynamics.
Model professionalism, enthusiasm, and strong leadership for staff and campers.
Collaborate closely with camp management to ensure program goals and expectations are met.
Qualifications
