Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist in Ohio in good standing.
• Ability to supervise COTAs, aides, and students.
• Proficiency with EMR systems (Casamba, PointClickCare or similar).
• Commitment to ongoing continuing education.

Responsibilities

• Complete patient evaluations within 24 hours (or one business day) of referral.
• Develop and implement individualized, goal-driven treatment plans.
• Provide hands-on therapy aligned with physician directives.
• Monitor progress and adjust care to maximize outcomes.
• Prepare patients and families for safe, confident discharge.
• Supervise and mentor COTAs, aides, and students.
• Partner with nursing and interdisciplinary teams for coordinated care.
• Participate in care conferences and rehabilitation meetings.
• Provide in-service training and support to staff.
