Job summary

NorCal Orthopedic Surgery Center in San Ramon, CA is seeking a Lead Surgical Scrub Tech with an orthopedic focus to join our operating room team.

The lead tech will supervise other technicians, ensure instrument availability, assist surgeons during procedures, and maintain strict sterile technique. You will contribute to safety plans, mentor staff, and support room turnover between cases.

Qualifications

• BLS certification required.
• Competent in Basic Procedures or 1 or more specialty areas and/or facility case mix.
• Must be in good standing.
• Orthopedic surgery experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Scrub tech duties to ensure safe, successful procedures.
• Oversee daily operations of other technicians.
• Ensure equipment and instruments are available and ordered for cases.
