Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Molecular Biology, Genetics, Cell Biology, or a related field.
• Strong hands-on experience developing and maintaining organoid model systems, including culture optimization, passaging, and characterization.
• Experience with CRISPR-based perturbation approaches in complex 3D or organoid models.
• Familiarity with adapting organoid systems to high-throughput screening formats, including automation or miniaturization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to present complex results to multidisciplinary teams.
• Demonstrated success collaborating in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and scale organoid-based models to support high-throughput CRISPR screening.
• Optimize protocols for organoid culture, maintenance, and characterization across tissue types.
• Drive innovation in workflows and screening methods within organoid systems.
• Collaborate with computational biology, AI/ML, and drug discovery teams to analyze large datasets.
• Troubleshoot data generation challenges, improve assay reliability, and ensure data quality.
• Manage multiple projects with timely delivery of high-quality data.
• Maintain thorough records of experiments and findings for internal/external presentations.
• Mentor junior staff and foster growth of researchers.
