Green Corps is searching for a Lead Organizer to help recruit and train environmental organizers and impact critical environmental campaigns. The Lead Organizer will work under the guidance of the Executive Director to supervise the training and development of a team of organizers and manage a series of grassroots environmental campaigns on behalf of our partner organizations. The position requires geographic flexibility to move for campaigns.
The Lead Organizer will work closely with the Executive Director to develop and implement Green Corps’ organizer training curriculum and manage grassroots campaigns. Major components of the position include:
Compensation and Benefits
The target annual compensation is $40,500 (but compensation may range between $40,500 and $44,747 depending on location). Green Corps offers an excellent benefits package. Location: Green Corps’ headquarters is in Denver, CO, but this position requires moving to different campaign locations throughout the year.
