We are seeking an experienced Order Selector to join our warehouse in Carrollton, TX as the Lead. The role involves assisting the warehouse supervisor in safety, customer service, order selection, order accuracy, warehouse maintenance, and personnel supervision. The goal is to meet and exceed daily operational and performance expectations to enhance overall company performance and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Distribute orders
• Maintain high standards in daily operations, including punctuality, productivity, and follow-up
• Assist selectors who are falling behind
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory policies
• Check and verify orders
• Maintain warehouse equipment and perform preventative maintenance
• Coordinate loading activities
• Act as a key holder and secure the facility at day's end
• Open on Sundays for loading and organize Sunday rotations among selectors

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly
• Ability to stand, stoop, squat, lift, and kneel for extended periods
• Operate motorized pallet jack and standing forklift
• Perform other duties as required by the company

Pay and Benefits

• $20/hour
