Desert Oral Surgery is seeking an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon to lead our Palm Springs location with the backing of nearby partner practices. You will have clinical independence in a private practice setting, supported by experienced colleagues and a direct referral development program.

The role offers a clear pathway to partnership, a competitive base with production-based earnings, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, 401k match, CE allowance, and malpractice

Competenze

• DDS or DMD from an accredited institution.
• Completion of an accredited oral and maxillofacial surgery residency program.
• Board-certified or board-eligible in OMFS; valid California dental license or in process.

Mansioni

• Lead and grow the Palm Springs location within a private practice setting.
• Collaborate with partner practices and experienced surgeons for coverage and mentorship.
• Drive clinical independence and high-quality patient care while building your referral network.
