Job summary

EY is seeking a Functional Architect to lead Oracle MDM engagements for Utilities clients. You will translate client requirements into working MDM solutions within C2M/CCS product sets, interact with executives, and contribute to practice development and sales activities.

You will mentor teams, drive design workshops, and ensure delivery quality while fostering an inclusive, high-performing culture across EY’s global teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Deep understanding of Meter Data Management functions.
• 5–10+ years of Oracle Utilities implementations preferred.
• Experience with Oracle Utilities Application Framework is required.
• Proven ability to work with customers across departments and levels.
• Proven business change management knowledge; strong Oracle utilities knowledge and communication skills.
• Proficient IT and business consulting practices with strong writing and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the orchestration of Oracle MDM solutions that meet client requirements.
• Identify and document business needs; plan workshops and manage scope.
• Design, configure and test functional designs and RICE objects.
• Coach and mentor EY teams and drive an inclusive culture.
• Travel up to 75% and collaborate with clients and EY stakeholders.
