Job summary

Creative Financial Staffing, LLC seeks a Lead OIC Developer to own and evolve Oracle Fusion integrations across a growing enterprise. You will drive the Oracle Integration Cloud and OCI ecosystem, partnering with business and IT stakeholders to shape roadmaps and standards.

The role requires 4+ years in OIC, OCI experience, and a strong SDLC background, with a focus on secure, scalable, and maintainable integrations across Supply Chain and Manufacturing modules.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) experience.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
• Experience supporting Oracle Cloud applications, particularly Supply Chain and Manufacturing solutions.
• Experience with Oracle implementations, migrations, or large‑scale integration projects.
• Full SDLC experience, including design, implementation, testing, deployment, support, and monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary owner for all Oracle Fusion integrations across the enterprise.
• Monitor, support, and continuously improve existing Oracle integrations and interfaces.
• Provide technical oversight, governance, and health monitoring of the integration environment.
• Identify process improvements and resolve integration performance or stability issues.
• Lead integration architecture, design reviews, and development efforts for new Oracle Fusion initiatives and acquired business integrations.
• Define integration standards, best practices, and future-state architecture.
• Partner with business and IT stakeholders to develop Oracle Fusion integration roadmaps and strategy.
• Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, maintainable, and aligned with long-term business objectives.
• Mentor team members and coordinate with implementation partners and vendors when required.
