CDM Smith is seeking a Lead IT Business Analyst to join our Corporate Business Technology team. You will lead the analysis, design, and support of Oracle Financial systems, partnering with Finance, Accounting, and IT to deliver scalable solutions that improve financial operations and controls.

The role requires strong ERP integration knowledge, excellent stakeholder management, and the ability to drive projects in a fast-paced environment. Domestic/international travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 7 years of related experience in financial systems analysis.
• Experience with Oracle ERP integrations and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis for Oracle Financials and related apps.
• Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, IT, and partners to define needs.
• Perform gap analyses, data mapping, and process reviews.
• Prepare functional specs, interfaces, and test plans.
• Lead integration testing, UAT, and production support.
• Identify root causes and drive issue resolution.
• Monitor progress, risks, and deliverables for leadership.
• Mentor junior analysts and support BA practice growth.
