• Approximately 30% hands-on coding, reviews, technical design/architecture, troubleshooting and performance optimization.
• Experience integrating enterprise applications and APIs across multiple systems.

Responsabilidades

• Lead an eight-person globally distributed development team.
• Split focus: ~70% leadership and ~30% hands-on technical work.
• Conduct code reviews and make architecture decisions.
• Troubleshoot, optimize queries and address performance issues.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and manage priorities/backlog with Product Owners.
