Job summary

IBM Consulting is seeking an Oracle Cloud Financials Senior Principal Functional Consultant (GL/AR) to lead ERP engagements across the US. This full-time role requires travel to client sites and supports on-site/remote delivery.

The candidate will guide workshops, map business processes to Oracle Cloud, and ensure successful month-end close and reporting. Required: 5+ years ERP implementation experience, at least 2 full lifecycle Oracle Cloud projects as Module Lead, strong accounting knowledge,

Qualifications

• Subject matter expert in Oracle Cloud ERP Financials GL, AP, AR, Tax, Collections, FA, CM.
• Strong knowledge of general accounting and accounting principles.
• Experience leading Oracle Cloud ERP implementations.
• ERP deployments: at least 2 full lifecycle implementations as module lead.
• Business process consulting, design workshops, testing and production deployment.
• Ability to work independently and also collaborate across global teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional tracks on Oracle Cloud ERP engagements.
• Provide SME input for GL, AP, AR, Tax, Collections, FA and CM modules.
• Lead chart of accounts redesigns and close processes.
• Document gaps, issues and solution flows.
• Map business processes to Oracle Cloud Applications.
• Configure modules to match client processes and migrate data.
• Develop functional designs for technical objects and testing scenarios.
• Lead unit, integration and user acceptance testing.
• Facilitate knowledge transfer to client teams.
