Job summary

CoStar Group is seeking a Lead Business Systems Analyst for Oracle Cloud ERP at our Arlington, VA headquarters. You will modernize global billing, AR, and collections, configure Receivables, Revenue Management, and Cash Management, and drive data migrations with SOX-compliant practices.

The role requires 8+ years IT experience with Oracle Cloud ERP, strong analytical skills, and ability to manage multiple projects using Agile/PMMLC. In-office, M-F, Arlington location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 8+ years IT experience with Oracle Cloud ERP or Oracle E‑Business Suite.
• Experience with Receivables, Advanced Collections, Revenue Management, Cash Management.
• Knowledge of SDLC/PMlC methodologies (Agile, OUM) and SOX compliance.

Responsibilities

• Document and analyze current-state financial processes across systems.
• Translate improvements into functional requirements for Oracle Cloud ERP.
• Lead analysis efforts for system implementations and enhancements.
• Configure Oracle Cloud modules: Receivables, Bill Management, Revenue Management, Cash Management.
• Develop reports and data queries (OTBI, FRS, BI Publisher).
• Collaborate with vendors and IT on data integrations.
• Support SDLC/PMlC compliant project management and QA.
