You will perform medical optometry, support referrals, and pre/post-op care where applicable, while maintaining licensure and contributing to patient satisfaction and growth of the practice.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry degree and licensure.
• Knowledge of Medical Optometry including Billing and Coding.
• Strong communication and listening skills; problem solving.
• Solid organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead in delivering brand promise and achieve key results through collaboration and teamwork.
• Ensure high-quality Optometric care and support medical, referral, and pre/post-op services where applicable.
• Maintain licensure and Continuing Education requirements; train and guide team members.
• Develop positive doctor-patient relationships and utilize technology to enhance patient experiences.
