Kosmos in San Francisco HQ is seeking an experienced Opto-Mechanical Engineer to drive payload design from concept to flight. You’ll lead manufacturing processes, line design for mid-volume production, and cross-functional analyses to guarantee stiffness, thermal stability, and launch survivability.

Join a team of optical, structural, and thermal engineers in a fast-paced, agile aerospace environment. This in-office role requires 5 days per week at the SF campus.

• Collaborate with structural, thermal, optical groups to ensure stiffness, strength, thermal and launch survivability, and on-orbit performance.
