Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking an Operations Systems Analyst to advance the Navy's EW portfolio. You will lead integration and testing, develop testing procedures, review results, and propose design changes to ensure performance standards for the SKCS program. A Secret clearance and 8+ years in Navy EW systems are required.

The role emphasizes collaboration, documentation, and adherence to CONOPS/CONEMP/TTPs, with strong emphasis on Agile practices and Linux environments.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in threat systems analysis or operation of United States Navy Electronic Warfare systems
• Experience with Electronic Maneuver Warfare systems and operations, Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations, and generation of Electronic Warfare Gaps and Capabilities
• Experience with threat systems, red adversary tactics and kill chains, blue force OPLANS, Fleet operations, and specializing in Electronic Warfare and Information Operations
• Experience with Linux
• Experience with the AN and SLQ-32 including V6 and V7 variants
• Knowledge of systems development or testing and creating/reviewing technical documentation, Concepts of Operations (CONOPS), Concepts of Employment (CONEMP), Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs), and Developmental and Operational Test and Evaluation (T&E)
• Knowledge of Agile methodology
• Secret clearance
• HS diploma or GED

Responsibilities

• Perform integration and testing of EW components for integration into Navy ships.
• Develop and implement procedures for product testing and review and evaluate test results.
• Recommend production or design changes to ensure quality and performance standards in support of the SKCS program.
