Job summary

Magnera Corporation in Augusta, KY is seeking an experienced manufacturing line supervisor to direct daily line activities and meet productivity goals.

You will train operators per approved instructions, ensure quality of packaged materials, and enforce safety policies on the line. The role also involves evaluating new operators after on-the-job trainings (OJTs).

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Minimum one year manufacturing experience.
• Knowledge of extrusion, lamination, or conversion basics; demonstrated leadership ability.
• Strong computer aptitude.

• Strong computer aptitude and experience
• Current Berry Global forklift operator’s license may be required
