The position covers 1st and 2nd shifts with quick start availability. The role requires 1–2 years of manufacturing experience with leadership experience preferred, strong communication, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of manufacturing experience, including leadership or lead operator experience preferred.
• Able to read and follow production instructions and work orders.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support machine operators to achieve daily production goals.
• Review production schedules, work instructions, and job specifications.
• Coordinate machine changeovers and ensure materials and staffing are ready.
• Perform and document quality checks throughout production.
• Complete production reports and required documentation.
• Monitor production efficiency and address quality or machine issues.
• Collaborate with mechanics, quality control, and supervisors to resolve production concerns.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and report incidents or near misses.
• Assist in training and supporting team members while promoting continuous improvement.
