What you’ll love
The Pick/pack Lead is a working lead operator position. This is a 1st SHIFT Position, 5:30 - 2:00 PM Monday - Friday.
You will assist the Supervisor in assuring all orders are picked and packed on time. May give work instruction to other employees and fill in for Supervisor in their absence. Must be willing to pitch in for any task or duties in the picking department. At least 1 year experience required in a lead capacity.
All positions require the following minimum qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent.
Work Overtime when scheduled.
Must be able to push and pull boxes and lift up to 40 lbs.
Must be willing to participate in a background check and drug screen.
Be asked to provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States upon hire.
