Qualifications

• Requires four years of high school and five/seven years of inline finishing experience with progressive responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead production crews operating company line equipment with minimal supervision.
• Ensure all components for each job are present and meet quality standards.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness, track line counts and productivity.
• Perform minor mechanical adjustments and inline finishing tasks.
• Train team members and support continuous improvement efforts.
