Qualifications

• 5+ years of equipment operator experience.
• Demonstrated leadership and training experience.
• Advanced certifications (forklifts, shuttle lift, rigging).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Train, mentor, and evaluate junior operators.
