Qualifications

• Strong experience operating industrial or converting equipment.
• Leadership or team-lead experience in a production environment.
• Ability to troubleshoot machinery and optimize performance.
• Understanding of web handling, tension controls, and inline equipment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Lead setup, operation, and optimization of converting and finishing equipment.
• Maintain quality standards and consistent product output.
• Oversee inline equipment such as gluing, labeling, applicators, splicers, and cutters.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and minimize downtime.
• Train and guide crew members throughout the shift.
• Maintain accurate documentation and job records.
• Support safety, organization, and continuous improvement efforts.
