Kadiak, LLC, a Koniag Government Services company, is hiring a Plant Operator Supervisor to manage the daily operations of an automated wastewater pretreatment plant in the Washington, DC area. You will ensure equipment runs smoothly and chemical levels stay in tolerance, while guiding operators and adhering to safety protocols.

The role requires 4+ years of supervisory experience in industrial wastewater or chemical processing, a high school diploma or GED, and ABC Class III or higher

Qualifications

• Requires 4+ years supervision experience in industrial wastewater or chemical pretreatment settings.
• High school diploma or GED required; ABC Class III certification preferred.
• Proficiency with SCADA/HMI controls and ability to read PLC/SCADA data.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of a wastewater pretreatment plant.
• Monitor and maintain liquid chemical levels within tolerance.
• Perform routine calibrations on pH and ORP meters and conduct minor equipment maintenance.
