Responsibilities include:

  1. Performing all functions of all Operator levels.
  2. Coordinating tech services, form specifications, changes, and qualifications.
  3. Ensuring efficient shift hand-offs and communication.
  4. Serving as an Operator representative for quality and engineering projects.
  5. Managing scheduling to meet production needs.
  6. Interfacing with various departments within the company.
  7. Promoting and supporting 5S standards and participating in their development and implementation.
  8. Modeling company values and supporting strategic initiatives as a resource to Operators.
  9. Ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, standards, and company procedures, including occupational health and environmental regulations.
  10. Participating in Environmental, Health, and Safety initiatives for continuous improvement.
  11. Performing other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications include:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Critical thinking and data analysis capabilities.
  • Knowledge of Quality systems related to medical device manufacturing.
