Amphenol Industrial Operations in Mesa, AZ is seeking a Lead Operator to coordinate the flow of products and materials, support operators, and drive manufacturing efficiency while upholding safety and organization.
The position operates on 2nd shift (3:30pm-2:00am, Mon-Thu) with a $1 night premium. Responsibilities include material handling, issue escalation, training, and ensuring continuous production with clear communication across maintenance, quality, and production teams.
The Lead Operator at Amphenol Industrial Operations will be responsible for coordinating the flow of products and materials to ensure smooth manufacturing operations. This role involves handling production processes, assisting operators, and ensuring efficiency in material movement while maintaining a safe and organized workspace.
