Responsibilities

• Control the Master Data Sheet and Process Sheet
• Ensure the machines are working according to the Process Sheets
• Provide training across all shifts
• Validate new materials (Material Testing)
• Serve as contact point to send requests to tooling
• Increase molds and machines productivity
• Manage production routings
• Conduct capacity analysis to achieve production goals (tons)
• Enhance productivity (cycle times, flexibility)
• Evaluate machine maintenance (preventive and corrective)
• Analyze product quality issues based on engineering data
• Ensure TPM routines are performed
• Professional experience: 5+ years in the field

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Basic math skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to work in a team and follow instructions
• Ability to distinguish acceptable from unacceptable parts based on dimensional or visual characteristics
