Job summary

Zeeland Lumber & Supply, a division of US LBM Holdings, LLC, seeks an Operations Supervisor to oversee a team of 4+ associates and coordinate all activities within the area. The role focuses on planning, scheduling, safety, and efficiency in a warehouse/lumber yard environment.

You will monitor inventory and costs, maintain equipment, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with sales and shipping to meet store operations goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 1-3 years of supervisory experience in warehouse or lumber yard.
• Experience supervising 15 to 50 subordinates.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all activities of the operations area.
• Set schedules and cost-effective plans to meet goals.
• Coordinate deliveries and pickups with sales/shipping.
• Maintain equipment and machinery.
• Uphold safety and guidelines in the work environment.
• Prepare and verify reports.
• Monitor area safety and adherence to guidelines.
• Monitor inventory and costs for the area.
• Supervise 4+ associates, including budgeting and performance management.
