You will drive compliance with company, customer, facility, and federal requirements, including annual site-specific and company-wide training, CBT, and evaluations for tank barge PIC.

Responsabilidades

• Be a leader in the Shore Tankering Operations Group, while demonstrating 'The Kirby Way' and core values.
• Oversee the management and scheduling of manpower for internal and external customers.
• Manage safety and training requirements to ensure compliance with company, customer, facility, and federal requirements including annual site-specific training, annual company training (including CBT and AWO), and annual PIC evaluations.
• Coordinate with other Kirby departments to meet company and customer requirements.
• Manage vendor work and assess performance to ensure policy compliance.
• Oversee field personnel supervision and ensure proper training.
• Assist with procedure development to ensure safe operations.
• Complete projects: incident investigations, service incident investigations, manpower analyses for operating areas.
• Manage supply inventory for tankering operations.
• Interact with local customers to meet demand and resolve incidents.
• Oversee vendor tank barge PIC.

Overview

Schedule and manage field personnel and their training requirements to ensure highest quality safety and performance standards.

Responsibilities

• Be a leader in the Shore Tankering Operations Group, while demonstrating "The Kirby Way," and ensuring those Core Values are representative of the group.
• Oversee the management and scheduling of manpower for both internal and external customers.
• Manage safety and training requirements to ensure compliance with company, customer, facility, and federal requirements including the following:
  • Annual site-specific training
  • Annual company specific training including Computer Based Training and AWO requirements.
  • Complete annual performance evaluations for tank barge PIC
• Work closely in coordination with other Kirby departments to meet Kirby and the customers' requirements.
• Manage jobs distributed to vendors and their performance to ensure compliance with Kirby policies and procedures.
• Oversee the supervision of the field personnel and that the correct training is provided.
• Assist with procedure development and implementation to ensure safe operations.
• Complete various projects like the following:
  • Incident Investigations
  • Service Incident Investigations
  • Manpower requirement analysis for various operating areas within Kirby Logistics Management
• Manage supply Inventory for tankering operations.
• Interact with local customer base to ensure their demand needs are met and to resolve any incidents.
• Management and oversight of vendor tank barge PIC.

Qualifications

• LG and DL endorsement preferred.

Working Conditions:Normal office hours and will work within an existing On Call Duty Schedule.
