Job summary

Nutrien Ag Solutions in Florida is seeking an experienced Location Operations Manager to oversee warehousing, logistics, and inventory, ensuring safe, efficient distribution of crop inputs.

You will lead a high-performing team, manage field activities and scheduling, drive process improvements, and maintain strong customer service for internal and external customers. Some travel to other states may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in production agricultural or retail crop input industry.
• Knowledge of farm equipment technology preferred.
• Willingness to travel to include market areas in other states.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall operations of location (warehousing, logistics, inventory)
• Direct and manage custom application work
• Oversee field activities, equipment scheduling, and maintenance
• Develop and implement opportunities for process improvement, cost savings, leverage of technology, and improved service within the distribution
• Lead and develop a high performing team to meet goals and work with a cross functional mindset
• Provide customer service for internal and external customers
• Ensure that a safe working environment is maintained at all times by enforcing Companystandards and following up on regular safety inspections
