Job summary

Nutrien Ag Solutions, Inc. is seeking an Operations Manager for our Harmony, MN location.

You will be responsible for the overall operations of the site, including warehousing, logistics, and inventory, while directing multi-shift distribution and maintaining a safe workplace. The role requires 5+ years of relevant management experience in vocational agricultural settings and a willingness to travel to market areas in other states.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant management experience in vocational agricultural or a combination in supervisory, education, and work experience.
• Willingness to travel to include market areas in other states.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for overall operations of location (warehousing, logistics, inventory)
• Plan, direct, and manage multi shift distribution
• Oversee field activities, equipment scheduling, and maintenance
• Develop and implement opportunities for process improvement, cost savings, leverage of technology, and improved service within the distribution
• Lead and develop a high performing team to meet goals and work with a cross functional mindset
• Provide customer service for internal and external customers
• Ensure that a safe working environment is maintained at all times by enforcing Companystandards and following up on regular safety inspections
