Operations Lead – 2nd Shift

Compensation and Hours:

• Starting pay is $23.00 per hour plus a $1.50 shift differential
• Potential to earn overtime
• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM (Monday - Friday)

What You’ll Be Doing

• Inventory Control: Ensure inventory and system integrity while maximizing productivity throughout the distribution center.
• Meet Production Goals: Ensure timely product flow, identify and resolve problems early, and monitor daily operating goals to meet or exceed KPIs.
• Team Collaboration: Work with warehouse team members, supervisors, and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflow, resolve operational challenges, and meet customer demands.
