VF Corporation is seeking a Lead, Operations – 2nd Shift at our distribution center in the United States. You will lead a small team of distribution center employees and supervise daily workflow from 4:00 PM to 2:30 AM, ensuring accuracy and safety.

Skills for Success

Years of Related Professional Experience: 2-3 years

Educational Position Requirements: A formal education and subsequent undergraduate/graduate degrees are nice to have, but we are most interested in your total experience and professional achievements.

What we expect you already know:

High school diploma or equivalent education; Associate's degree preferred. Minimum of one year of related experience is preferred

Physical Demands:

• Stand and/or walk during shift between 8 to 12 hours
• Lift, push, pull and move boxes up to 50 pounds
• Bend, squat, twist, reach above the head, kneel, crouch and/or stretch
• Engage in full manual dexterity in both hands, wrists and feet coordination operation of Order Picker style Powered Industrial Truck
• Noise level varies and can be loud

Hiring Range:

$18.00 USD - $22.50 USD per hour

Incentive Potential

This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential. Specific details of the additional compensation eligibility for this position will be provided during the recruiting and interview process.
