Job summary

Guitar Center Distribution is seeking a team lead to oversee our case seal team in the shipping department. The role centers on supervising shipping and receiving tasks, guiding staff, and maintaining safe, efficient operations.

You will train associates, monitor performance, ensure accurate reports, organize the warehouse, and uphold safety guidelines while supporting continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of relevant work experience (in addition to degree or years of previous experience)
• Coaching: Able to provide effective coaching, feedback, and guidance to others.
• Collaboration: Able to develop cooperation and teamwork while participating in and leading groups, working toward solutions which generally benefit all involved parties.
• Customer Focus: Understands customer service principles and the importance of providing an excellent customer experience. Keeps customers in mind when designing or executing processes or procedures.

Compensation: $21.50 per hour.

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES
