Job Description:

What You'll Do

• Maintain, enhance, socialize, and execute on the Artificial Intelligence Risk Management Framework across the enterprise.
• Manage, monitor and report the status of AI/Generative AI use cases and risk assessments.
• Establish, manage, and monitor AI/GenAI related inventories and support reporting.
• Execute on the ongoing monitoring program for identified Generative AI use cases, risks, and controls.
• Oversee operational risk activities related to AI/GenAI and other automation assets, collaborating with business and risk leaders to ensure effective risk management and governance.

How You'll Do It

• Improve processes through updating procedures, job aids, etc.
• Conduct risk assessments for AI/GenAI use cases and automation assets.
• Lead development of training content for AI/GenAI users.
• Manage inventories and reporting for AI/GenAI assets.
• Perform independent risk assessments and oversight based on risk approach.
• Engage with organizational partners to promote risk management culture.
• Report on program status, escalate risks, and participate in governance.

Qualifications You'll Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years in Law, Risk, or Operations, with experience in regulated financial environments.
• Additional years of experience can substitute for education.

Physical and Cognitive Requirements

• Primarily stationary work in an indoor office environment.

Bonus Points If You Have

• Master’s in AI or related field.
• Experience with policies, standards, and risk frameworks.
• Skills in Tableau, SQL, Python, PowerBI, and collaboration across teams.
• 3+ years risk management in AI or related fields.
• Knowledge of AI methodologies and relevant standards.
