Job summary

IE2 Construction, Inc. in Austin, TX is seeking a Superintendent with healthcare and commercial construction experience to lead on-site operations. You will supervise daily field activities, coordinate labor, and ensure compliance with contracts, drawings, and safety regulations.

The role requires 5–10 years in construction, strong knowledge of safety standards, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and preferably Procore. Occasional nights/weekends may be required as projects demand.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years construction or construction engineering experience.
• Experience in Commercial Construction is necessary.
• Expert knowledge of commercial construction-safety regulations, local & state building codes, general construction processes, practices and worksites.
• Microsoft Office experience.
• Procore Experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily on-site supervision of the construction site.
• Direct the field execution of on-site labor force.
• Ensure project compliance with General Contract, Subcontracts, drawings and specifications.
• Ensure subcontractors perform contractual requirements before work begins.
• Enforce OSHA safety regulations on-site.
• Maintain a clean and organized worksite.
• Collaborate with project managers to create and monitor schedules.
• Monitor costs and prepare daily reports.
• Coordinate inspections and respond to agency reports.
• Willingness to work some nights and weekends.
