Job summary

H2 Performance Consulting seeks a Helpdesk Manager to support the Army project at White Sands Missile Range, NM. The role requires an active Secret clearance, CompTIA A+ certification, and on-site work.

Responsibilities include leading a Help Desk team, coordinating with government stakeholders, and ensuring timely resolution of desktop and software issues. Prior federal contracting experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 1–2 years' experience leading a Help Desk or team.
• 2–4 years' experience in administering Windows desktops/OS.
• Must have Active Secret clearance at start; Security+ preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage team of Help Desk Support Technicians: staffing, training, evaluation, tasking.
• Liaise between Contract and Government.
• Prioritize and schedule technicians to complete service desk functions.
• Identify issue trends and suggest long-term mitigation strategies.
• Provide Level 1/2 Help Desk support for desktop issues and related tech.
