Job summary

Insidesource currently seeks a Lead Installer in Kent, WA. You will lead on-site furniture installations, ensuring timely, high-quality work and effective use of dealer labor and resources.

The role requires supervising crews and coordinating with project managers on various projects. Candidates should have a High School diploma or GED, 1–3 years of related experience, and a valid driver’s license with the ability to pass an MVR and DOT medical physical.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass MVR and DOT medical.
• High School diploma or GED; 1–3 years related experience and/or training.
• Mechanical ability and knowledge of hand/power tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site installations to ensure timely completion and high quality.
• Train employee/temporary contractor and supervise crews up to 15 installers.
• Read plans, blueprints, and product specifications to guide installations.
• Coordinate with PMs on large projects to maintain consistency.
• Maintain safe, professional appearance and strong work ethic on site.
• Document work status, timesheets, punch lists and change orders.
