Job summary

Holder Construction is seeking a Superintendent to join our Operations team in Conesville, OH, New Albany, and Franklin Furnace. This full-time position emphasizes strong leadership and management of on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and schedule objectives.

The ideal candidate will have 5–10 years of experience in commercial construction, effective collaboration across teams, and a Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.

Qualifications
